The parking facility at Nebraska Crossing is reserved for the customers of Nebraska Crossing Factory stores and Tiny Town Village, as well as the management and employees of Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores and Tiny Town Village.
 
Starting on September 1, 2010 a parking permit will be required for all who use Nebraska Crossing Factory to park vehicles for purposes other than stated above.

Who is not required to obtain a Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores parking permit? 

Employees of a Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores Retail or Office business do not need a parking permit.

Employees of Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores Management do not need a parking permit.

Sales persons or service contractors actively working with a Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores businesses or Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores management do not need a permit.

Tiny Town employees, Management or customers.

Recreational Vehicles, parked at the Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores for less than 12 hours do not need a parking permit; however they should contact the Mall Office should their stay last longer than 12 hours.


Who is required to obtain a Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores parking permit?


Anyone leaving a vehicle and departing the Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores parking lot in excess of 30 minutes.

All other uses not covered under "who is not required to obtain a Nebraska Crossing Stores parking permit?"
