Starting on September 1, 2010 a parking permit will be required for all who park at Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores who are not employees of one of our retail or office businesses or customers of the Nebraska Crossing Factory Stores.

Nebraska Crossing will be providing a row of parking for those who require a permit to park at our facility. This row of parking will be stripped with white paint and numbered. When you obtain a permit you will be assigned a numbered parking stall that will correspond with the hanging tag that will be provided to you. Parking tags MUST be displayed, in plain sight at all times in your vehicle and you must park in your assigned space.
Violation of these rules can result in your vehicle(s) being towed at the vehicle owners sole expense.
FEE RATE
MONTHLY: $25.00
ANNUAL: $300.00
